In a session on Disruptive HR: Managing Talent in Times of Great Change, moderated by Pranav Pai, Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer, 3one4 Capital; panelists Kiran Menon, Co-Founder & CEO, Tydy; Jayant Prasad Paleti, Co-Founder, Darwinbox; and Rishabh Kaul, Co- Founder and Head of Demand Marketing, Belong; discussed how to redefine HR practices in this era of digital globalisation and also the challenges and opportunities for HR startups. The last session of the two-day event focussed on Reimagining India. In this time of rapid and radical change, it's time for innovation and futuristic thinking. Cobra Beer's disruptive success is a lesson for Indian entrepreneurs. Lord Karan Bilimoria CBE DL, Chairman, Cobra Beer Partnership, said that focus on health, education and entrepreneurship will lead India to greater heights. "Strong brand; help and support of family and team; and integrity can sail you through any crisis," he asserted. This year Honorary Life Fellowship was awarded to Firdose Vandrevala, Past President, All India Management Association. His citation was read by Rekha Sethi, Director General, All India Management Association.
