Roughly eight years ago I had the opportunity to hunt mountain lion in Arizona by horseback. The experience of that hunt is something I will never forget and am forever grateful for being able to do. Visits to both Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon are also amongst the most pre- cious memories of places I have been able to visit. Both exceeded expectations and I wish to go again. Separately, I have also been fortunate enough to hold sev- eral state records in bowhunt- ing and bowfishing. But these are different. In our lives there are two things I believe we should appreciate and focus on, espe- cially as we age and begin to realize our mortality. Those two are our experiences and our legacy. Our legacy is what we leave in the minds of the people that remain after we have left this earth. It is how we treat people, influence people, and hopefully provide future inspi- ration to people. Our experiences are what we do for ourselves. Many times these are considered our bucket list items. Very seldom does it have to do with what we have bought or owned, al- though it is possible. But with one life to live on this planet, we have to decide what makes us happy and what is worth ex- periencing before we cannot. My personal bucket list intermingles experiences in- volving man and nature. Be- ing a sports fan, especially a baseball fan, I had a couple of items that included visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and covering a Major League Base- ball game. I was lucky enough to be able to do both. My list that is geared more toward nature has a different effect however. The nature type allows for self-reflection and a clearer understanding of where you fit in this world, as well as beyond this world. This is where the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, and even the Arizona hunt fall. A deposit of five percent (5%) of the purchase price, or seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), whichever is greater, is required and must be tendered in the form of certified funds at the time of the sale.

If the trustee is unable to convey title to this property for any reason, the sole remedy of the purchaser is the return of the deposit. Reasons of such inability to convey include, but are not limited to, the filing of a bankruptcy petition prior to the confir-mation of the sale and reinstatement of the loan without the knowledge of the trustee. If the validity of the sale is challenged by any party, the trustee, in their sole discretion, if they believe the challenge to have merit, may request the court to declare the sale to be void and return the deposit. The purchaser will have no further remedy.
