ADVANCED TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS

RSM uses the latest digital animation and learning approaches to deliver rich, engaging, and cost effective solutions

RSM is a full service risk consulting and training development organization, but one with a difference: Not only do we provide individuals and organizations with the advice, tools, people and processes they need to operate safely and productively in sometimes challenging environments, we also design, develop and deliver unique blended learning solutions across a wide spectrum of curricula.

RSM draws on genuine subject matter expertise, gained through a combination of academic and direct operational knowledge and experience, as well as through the ability to access an impressive network of acknowledged leaders in specific subject fields, ensuring our training reflects best practice and is validated through application in the field. We take the established roadmap of training design and development and embed our collegiate approach within it to ensure you are as engaged as you want to be in the design and development process, and that you ultimately get what you are looking for.

We support a wide array of domestic and international organizations in providing off-the-shelf training courses, or in developing highly personalized training and exercising content (in multiple languages), presenting this in a uniquely engaging online form. This is not standard e-learning...

We have over several hundred off-the-shelf courses providing you with either immediate access to training, or solid foundations from which a customized course can be rapidly and cost effectively developed, branded to ‘be’ your organization’s and with co-developed content ensuring the language, context as well as policy and process messages are spot on.

RSM is unique in that we can research and develop the training content with no

direct effort from our clients, distilling and consolidating existing policies, concepts or training content into a refined training product; taking the research, curriculum and content design and production process from start to finish.

Our team is agile and highly effective, bringing personalized services to exceed industry standards and client expectations. RSM delivers training through our own Virtual University, or we allow organizations to self-host training modules and courses, and have the technical expertise in-house to ensure full integration with corporate Learning Management Systems.

Building Awareness and Competency: Online Animated Training

Social Responsibility Program

RSM designed the Virginia and North Carolina Teachers’ Active Shooter and School Bus Safety and Security training courses (pro bono), which is now mandatory training for several hundred thousand school teachers and police officers in the United States.

JUST IN TIME TRAINING

WE PROVIDE THE BESTTRAINING

ClusTer TrAininGRSM offers online ‘Cluster Training’ options, allowing organizations the opportunity to select a number of courses to meet manager or staff learning awareness and competency requirements – as a group registration. The value of cluster training is that organizations can select the most useful training as an integrated Program of Instruction, allowing personnel the opportunity to cover multiple topics at a significantly reduced rate.

RSM training courses can be used as part of a general education and training strategy, but can also be used

for ‘Just in Time’ (JiT) training where an unfolding need generates the requirement to implement an education package to either upskill or refresh leaders, managers and wider staff team knowledge and skills.

The JiT strategy is an excellent way of providing an immediate training advisory package in the lead up to events such as storms, floods, civil disturbances, elections, potential

evacuations, pandemic alerts, kidnap and ransom crisis management, serious fraud and corruption incidents, fatality management or criminal investigations. The JiT approach meets two needs; firstly it provides timely knowledge and skills delivery to those facing a threat or challenge, secondly it reduces the level of management effort in educating or briefing managers and staff while concurrently seeking to deal with a rapidly approaching threat, or occurring emergency.

RSM WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH YOU TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP THE CONTENT AND THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THE TRAINING
