The HLe and Npaq linear servoamplifiers are for motion controlapplications that require highaccuracy drives with no PWMswitching noise and zero deadband.Because the HLe and Npaq linearservo amplifiers have no PWMswitching noise, they do not induceelectrical noise into sensitive electricalmeasurement devices. Our linearamplifiers have no dead band, andprovide smooth current throughmotion direction reversals.

Aerotech’s linear digital amplifiers arenow available with an optional one-or two-channel resolver or inductosyninterface to read position fromabsolute encoders. Advanced System ControlsPWM Amplifiers, 10 A - 150 A Output
Aerotech PWM digital servo amplifiers arecapable of controlling brushless, DC brush,and stepper motors over a wide range ofoperating voltages and currents. Based on acommon architecture, these amplifiers performboth current- and position-loop closuresdigitally.
The use of high-performance double-precisionprocessors allows these drives to generateultra-smooth motion profiles. Servo systemresponse is optimized with the use of up toeight second-order loop-shaping filters, precisetime-aligned feed-forward and otherproprietary techniques with loop closure ratesup to 20 kHz.
The PWM family is offered in a number ofhighly efficient versions. The MP is a lowpower, small footprint PWM drive ideal forspace-sensitive applications. The CP is amedium-power PWM drive capable of runningdirectly from AC mains voltage and isoptimized for cost-sensitive applications. TheHPe is the highest performance PWM driveproviding a host of features not available onthe other PWM drives, and is available inoutput current ranges from 10 A to 150 Apeak.

AGR series motorized rotary stagesprovide significant improvements inspeed, load capacity, and long-termpositioning performance over
previous generations of worm-gear-drive stages. AGR series stagesaddress a wide range of applicationsfor general purpose positioning inlaboratory and industrial uses.
For customers who do not need thespeed of direct-drive rotary stages, butdo have heavy or unbalanced loadsand large aperture requirements, wedeveloped the AGR gear-drive rotarystage family.
A unique preloading scheme avoidschanging wear characteristics,allowing an order of magnitudeincrease in stage life without anydegradation in stage performance,and allows stage operation over awide temperature range.
The addition of a larger clearaperture is a key enhancement overprevious generations of worm-gear-driven stages. This feature allows theAGR series to address applicationsrequiring a through-hole oraccommodations to mount an optic,including articulation of beampolarizing lenses, through-holes forcabling, air lines, or visionapplications.
Each stage incorporates dual largediameter pre-loaded angular contactbearings optimally separated toprovide excellent error motionspecifications, as well as best possibleload handling capability.
