PURCHASING PROCEDURES
HOME REQUEST FORMS PROCEDURE
1. Please fill out an electronic Home Request form. See our sales team for more information
2. ID of Purchaser is required on all Home Request forms.
3. If you are able to secure a home, the Purchaser Name must match the Home Request Form
4. Deposits will not be required or received until the time of writing a contract
This is simply a request form to show your interest in a home at King George Hub at the Stations. By filling out this
form we make no guarantees on a purchase of any specific home.
CONTRACT WRITING PROCEDURE
5. All Contracts are to be written in Personal Names. If you wish to close into a Corporation or Business prior to
closing, you must declare the Business name at time of writing and provide articles of incorporation at that
time. Purchaser cannot write a contract on behalf of another purchaser
6. For the first deposit of 10% a personal cheque is acceptable. If Funds are coming from an account which does
not belong to the Purchaser, the person offering the Funds must be present at the time of writing for ID
verification. Deposits will not be required or received until the time of writing a contract
7. If you wish to reserve the right to assign a family member prior to closing, that family member must visit the
presentation centre prior to, or at the time of writing for ID Verification. Please declare to the sales staff if this
is the case so that we can properly track the ID with the purchase file
8. One Parking Stall is included with all homes except the D plan Jr 1 bedroom. Additional Parking may be
purchased in the amount of $25,000 plus applicable taxes while supply lasts, with any plan. No more than one
additional stall per home
9. One Bike Locker is included with every home
10. Storage may be purchased in the amount of $5,000 plus applicable taxes while supply lasts, with any plan. No
more than one storage locker purchase per home
