PASS: Professional Evaluation Form (PEF)
• PEF is similar to a Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
• Applicants must submit a minimum of 3 PEFs with their PASS application, with the option to submit an additional two PEFs (maximum of 5 PEFs)
• PEFs are no longer customized by program, one set of PEFs will be sent to all programs (all programs receive the same set of PEFs)
• PEF ≠ IEF (Institution Evaluation Form)

*Just because an application is complete with PASS does not make it complete with the program
