The aim of the conference is to provide the delegates the perspective of all eminent members of the valuation and financial ecosystem. Further, given the evolving landscape of valuation in India, our objective would also be to apprise the delegates of the latest updates in the field of valuation in India and internationally, as well as the global best practices. To this purpose, the conference will bring together eminent speakers from the valuation, finance, industry, investing and the regulatory fields on a single platform.

Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (ACVA) is the first and only registered valuer organisation (RVO) to be associated with a globally recognised professional body for valuations, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), US. ACVA has been incorporated as a non-profit organisation under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.

ACVA will provide training and membership for both registered valuer (RV) for Securities or Financial Asset Class and for Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). ACVA has been set up with the purpose of providing the finance professionals and business valuation professionals in India access to quality training opportunities, NACVA's international network of professionals, and comprehensive databases and libraries to assist them in performing their work. ACVA will provide comprehensive training sessions, conducted by leading valuation experts from across the globe. ACVA will organise valuation conferences and workshops that will provide networking and continuing education opportunities to its members.

Dear All,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to ACVA's first advanced business valuation conference on 25th April 2019 in Mumbai at Hotel Sahara Star, Domestic Airport.

We are expecting a delegate size of 250 for the conference.

The valuation landscape in India is evolving and in the recent times has seen a number of landmark changes including the introduction of the Registered Valuers and Valuation Rules, 2017, that governs both the Registered Valuers and Registered Valuer Organisations. These regulations have been introduced to bring about standardisation, transparency and best practices in the field of valuation in India. In line with these changes, the conference aims to bring together the various leaders from the financial and valuation ecosystem to address all the relevant questions and concerns the participants may have and provide their perspective of the future of valuation in India.

We have invited valuation leaders from India and the US, the heads of the regulatory organisations and eminent professionals from the legal industry as the speakers for the conference.

We will also have leaders from the private equity/ venture capital/ angel networks to cover the valuation specific topics from the perspective of startups and SMEs; as well as speakers from the leading industry associations to share their perspective on the importance of valuation.

The topics covered during the conference will throw light on the global best practices in valuation and some of the advanced valuation topics like complex securities valuation, Monte-Carlo simulation, healthcare valuations, and many more. These sessions will be conducted by valuation professionals who have experience of leading several valuation practices at big accounting and valuation firms. We will also have panel discussions comprising of Partners from Big 4, BDO, Grant Thornton, Duff & Phelps and from eminent professionals from the start up ecosystem.
