The 4th Science and Technology Basic Plan of Japan

In the 4th basic plan (FY2011-FY2015), the government describes strategic plan for “Realization of Sustainable Growth and Societal Development into the Future”, in which “Promoting life innovation” would be promoted by following strategies.
