NEW!Using Colour Expressively Tutor | Jill Pemberton
Sat 19 Jul Code JUL UCEFee A £30 | B £24 | C £15
This workshop is a natural ‘follow on’ to the Expressive Drawing workshop. Although it is not necessary to have been on that workshop you need to have an interest in developing the impact of colour in your drawingsThis one-day workshop hopes to encourage the progression from mark and line into shape, space and form using colour- not as an ‘addition’ to drawing but as cohesion of concepts within the work. It asks the artist to consider the ‘whole’ piece as it evolves- the hierarchy of emphasis and structure within an abstract composition.
Silver Clay JewelleryTutor | Jo Dix
Sat 26 JulCode JUL SCJFee A £37 | B £29.60 | C £18.50
Art clay silver is an exciting modelling material that can be modelled like a fine-textured clay and when heated becomes 99.9% pure solid silver. It can be rolled, stretched, textured and layered with simple tools before being assembled and cast. It is great for making earrings, pendants, rings and beads. Ideal for both beginners and those hobbyist jewellers who are looking for something new.
“Jo is a fantastic teacher, really approachable and supportive. A Great Day!”
