Meet Darren Limback, Welding Instructor for Lex La-Ray! Limback worked in the welding industry for over 15 years before he became an instructor and is a graduate of the program he is currently instructing. Limback says, “This adult education program offers a cost-effective option for people looking to get into the welding field or just to brush up on their welding skills. Over the next few

years there is going to be a high demand for welders. A lot of welders are going to retire and there is going to be a shortage of skilled welders. Right

now is a good time to get into this rewarding career.”
