Class DescriptionsBrazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling Program

strong style athleticsThis program is our strength and condtioning program. We will focus on building a strong mind and body through our unique and proven trainingmethods. This program is a push/pull/full-body/and lower-body rotation. We incorporate barbell movements, kettlebell training, bodyweightexercises, sleds, rowers, bikes, running, and anything we feel will make you the strongest version of you.

MMA Program

Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Although it contains stand-up movements, it is most famous for its devastating ground-fighting techniques. An art that relies on controlling opponents using body leverage to gain advantages through throws, takedowns, submissions, and more.(Gi uniform required – can be purchased at the front desk). ‘Women’s only’ class now available on tuesday’s 5p and sundays 11a

No-Gi grappling - A class that consists of a mix of BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Shootfighting and other similar martial arts.

other servicesWe offer one-on-one personal training in general fitness, strength, conditioning, boxing and mma. you can schedule your first free consultation atthe desk with our personal training director. they will review your goals, and give you several options to choose from to get you on a program thatbest suits your needs.

We also have a massage therapist on site that can help you recover faster, and get your muscles ready for the next challenging training session.you can Schedule your massage at the desk.

Boxing - In your first few classes, you will learn proper stance, basic offensive and defensive techniques, how to wrap your hands, and more.As you gain experience, we will teach you advanced boxing techniques. You will also go through various conditioning exercises to get your bodyand core in peak physical shape.

at coaches discretion, we offer sparring as an option if you want to test your skills or compete on our fight team. Whether you want to compete or just learn the fine art of boxing, this is the program for you.

MMA - We have trained multiple world champion athletes on all levels of combat sports from the concepts and training methods in this program.This is a great system to learn all aspects of martial arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Shootfighting and other effectiveforms of combat sports and self-defense. (Muay Thai Classes included in this program)
