Audio Options

Option Description

Computer Audio (VoIP) Use Computer Audio if you would like to have both the meeting presenters and attendees connect to the meeting and speak/hear through their computer. Computer audio can be set up as one-way (attendees muted) or two-way. Note: In order to use computer audio, users need to have a PC, sound card, and speakers or headset to listen to the audio. They will need a microphone for two way computer audio.

Telephone Conferencing Use Telephone conferencing service if you want to use audio teleconferencing via the phone for the audio portion of the meeting. The service can call out to meeting attendees to join them in or attendees can dial into the audio conference call. For international attendees, Toll-free numbers are available from 89 countries and local access numbers are available from 23 cities.

Combination Telephone and Computer Audio

Use both telephone conferencing and computer audio if you want to give your attendees the option to listen through their telephone or computer speakers.
