ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR PRE NURSERY, NURSERY & PREP

FACT FILE

❖ Advertisement will appear in the Times of India on Sunday 28th August 2019.

❖ Registration forms for the Academic session 2020-2021 will be available on the

School Website and at School Reception till 14th September 2019 from 8:00 am to 2:00

pm on all working days.

❖ Filled in Registration Forms complete in all respects must be submitted at School

Reception by 14th August 2019 between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. On submission of the

registration form necessary information will be intimated to you.

Age Criteria for Admission (as on 1st April 2020)

Class Year of Birth Age(in years) as on 1st

April 2020

Pre Nursery The child must be born on or

before 31st March, 2018 2 +

Nursery The child must be born on or

before 31st March, 2017 3 +

Prep The child must be born on or

before 31st March, 2016 4 +

At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the

school office.

* Duly filled in registration form.

* A self-attested photo copy of Municipal Corporation Certificate for date of birth.

* A self-attested photo copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.

* Registration charges Rs. 1000/- can be paid in Cash/DD in the favour of Delhi Public

School, Maruti Kunj, payable at Gurugram.

Photocopy of proof of residence (ration card/ voter ID card /residence lease deed/

Aadhaar Card/ any other).

• Recent passport size photograph of child and parents (one each).

• Certificate of disability (if any).
