Warner Robins Middle School opened August 31, 1970. Named after the city’s namesake, Brigadier General A. Warner Robins, the school was originally a junior high that served 7th-9th grade students. In 1991, the school adopted the middle school concept and was re-named Warner Robins Middle. A major renovation was complete in 2005. The school colors are orange, black, and white; the mascot is a Warrior, symbolizing the school spirit; and the yearbook is known as the Calumet.
