car park to the Gorge. The road leading to the Gorge is narrow and dangerous. Please use the
shuttle bus service.
WARNING Swimming in Mossman Gorge can be dangerous and is done so at your own
risk. Water conditions can change quickly and are not monitored or
supervised. Please check the daily water conditions upon arrival and
exercise extreme caution.
Journey into the lush rainforest of Mossman Gorge and experience the wonders of the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest with pristine waterfalls, mountains and vivid flora and fauna.There are two easy-grade walking loop tracks to explore.One meanders beside the Mossman River through the lush rainforest (River Circuit Track) and the second extends deeper (Rainforest Circuit Track) with a suspension bridge that boasts spectacular views of Mossman River and the unique flora and fauna of the Daintree Rainforest. For a real appreciation of the Gorge, join an Indigenous guided Dreamtime Walk tour to get a deeper insight into the ancient flora and fauna of the rainforest, and learn about traditional plant uses and Kuku Yalanji culture.
HOW TO GET TO MOSSMAN GORGEA shuttle bus operates between Mossman Gorge Centre and the Gorge departing every 15 minutes between 8am and 5.30pm daily.

SAFETY INFORMATION• The Mossman River is dangerous due to strong
currents, flash flooding, cold water, slippery rocks and submerged objects
• Wear sturdy closed shoes, protective clothing and insect repellent to protect yourself from stings, scratches and insect bites
• Always stay on the walking tracks
• Don’t walk on Mossman Gorge Road as there is no footpath. Instead, take the shuttle bus to the Park entrance
• Mobile phone reception is poor or non-existent in the Park. In an emergency, try calling 000 or use the emergency phone at the toilet block near the Park entrance as shown on the map. Please also notify a shuttle bus driver or tour guide of any incident immediately
