•Tested 90th slice image at 256x256 in 3 channels• 60% Accuracy

Problems

• Deep learning program (Caffe) is complicated.• Spent 2 days adjusting and debugging the

code.• Never used Linux before.

Moving on… Next Week

• I will– Test different slices, and different combinations of

slices.• 100th slice, 120th slice, etc.• Combine slices – 95th, 100th, 105th
