Because the people is the essential resorce of the country so it is important to develop them especially at this time of globalization. In my country the education is concerned by everyone but it depends on capability to afford for their kids.

Every Czech government knows the education problems and knows that it's very important to make her people ready to contest with the other country and to make it balanced. Because at many sectors, the budget for educations is very low when compare with some sectors such as security sector and rural development sector. The percentage of the population complete secondary education is lower than it is declare on the government policy when they are first coming to govern.

The Czech Republic is one of the countries involving in free-trade system. It's more difficult than before to prepare the people to meet the real world. Education for individuals is important to take advantages to find the job. More educated is more earning and stability. For society, education makes advantages to know how to solve the problem and find the solution appropriately in every sectors.

Economics development in fact, depends on the education. Technology of this is changing very fast and it's necessary to follow and come up with. How to manage the national Economics is very important. The way to prepare the people is increasing their skill and knowledge by education.

All of the education problem is to solved by the government who has responsibility to do and increase the budget for education to develop the instructor and their children.
