Adelaide Hills seems to be the epicentre of Gruner Veltliner in Australia. Exciting. Uncertain as to what best examples are in this context. Better wines showing texture and white pepper. Some showing excess oxygen exposure or over zealous acid additions. Ripe and consistent flavours seem to be the key.
