TRANSCRIPT

1) Login with your enterprise ID and password.

User Name : dir\(your enterprise ID)

Password : Enterprise ID pass word (Case sensitive)

2) Go to Options on the top right side of the page and select see all options.

3) Select settings on your left hand side

4) Type in your Signature in the below mentioned format

Please give the details in the below mentioned format.

Thanks and Regards,(Your Name)(Your designation) (ASE)Batch/Stream (Joining date)Training LocationMobile (Contact number)

5) Check the check box below the Signature Box

6) Scroll down and click on Save on the right hand bottom of the page.

7) Go back to your inbox by clicking on My Mail on the top right side of the page.
