At ADDICTION INFOTECH pvt ltd, we follow a 3-tier architecture for the network within our call center infrastructure. We have a redundant L3 Core design and the servers terminate into the core through redundant connectivity. We have a amazing 36 seats call center set up with a training room for about same capacity.

Our call center infrastructure has an inbound voice solution that is based on the Cisco IPCC (Internet protocol Contact Center). ADDICTION INFOTECH pvt ltd call center infrastructure has a distributed dialer architecture and is tightly integrated with Cisco voice solution.

At our current facility we have 10,000 square feet area which can be used for expansion and to build the current set up to 500 seats within 2 months of notice period (if required).
