Ponassi, MA Arch., MA PPA, LEED®AP This Addendum is issued to clarify and/or modify the previously issued Invitation to Bid, and is hereby made part of the Contract Documents. All requirements of the Invitation to Bid not modified herein shall remain in full force and effect as originally set forth. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of any and all addenda as instructed in the bid proposal form provided to that effect.
CLARIFICATIONS: 1. A site visit will take place tomorrow, March 23, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting point is the
Joseph Caleb Center, 5400 NW 22nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33142, at the atrium entrance. Neither the project manager nor the architect of record will entertain any questions. Prospective contractors are encouraged to submit questions in writing via email to the attention of the contracting agent, Fernando V. Ponassi, at [email protected]. The County may respond in writing.
2. The deadline for submissions of requests for information (RFIs) remains Monday, March 27, 2017, at 5:00 p.m.
3. The sign-in sheet from the Pre-Bid Meeting held on March 20, 2017, is attached.
4. The latest Plans Holders’ list is attached.
ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE ORIGINAL INVITATION TO BID REMAIN UNCHANGED. Attachments
