4. UPPER HEADWORKS RECORD DRAWINGS

The architectural and structural record drawings for the upper headworks are

included as an attachment. These drawings show the existing skylights.

Contractor is permitted to remove skylights and use openings for removal and

installation of equipment. If removed, skylights shall be reinstalled appropriately

with proper fasteners and weather sealing.

Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing below and submitting it with the Offer and Schedule of Prices at bid closing.

Gresham Public Works Standards available at www.greshamoregon.gov.

Special specs and plans take precedence over Public Works Standards.

4) Logistics

Jacobs, the City’s contract operator, to coordinate process interruptions needed for

project.

We will be using EADOC – web based construction management software

for all aspects of project communications: submittals, RFCs, pay estimates, plans,

specifications, schedule, meeting notes, inspection reports, photos, etc.

City will apply and pay for building and other permits. Contractor will pick up

permits from Gresham City Hall

Long lead time submittals and deferred structural submittals

Weekend work must be approved in advance.

Plant gate opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to

5:00 p.m.
