To release the hormonesinsulin and glucagon into thebloodstream. Thesehormones are involved inblood glucosemetabolism, regulating howthe body stores and usesfood for energy.
  3. 3. When enzymes somehow become active inside thepancreas, they eat the tissue of the pancreas. Thiscauses swelling, bleeding, and damage to the pancreas and its blood vessels.
  4. 4. If you are a guy and a heavy drinker thenyes. You can definitely get this disease. If youre a woman and have gallstonesthen youre in luck as well. Most likely to occur in age of retirement.
