Whats new?

We are pleased to announce the launch of Acusera 24•7 Live Online Version 2.0! With even more upgrades and features there has never been a better time to switch to Acusera 24•7.

Our aim is to help your laboratory efficiently review QC data from all your lab instruments on one central platform; therefore, allowing quick identification of QC failures and emerging trends.

The unique feature of having access to peer data updated live in real-time from our global network of laboratories, will help pinpoint the root cause of the issue by easily identifying if a problem is unique to your specific lab or if it is in fact a widespread issue.

Peer Data• Peer data is updated instantly, allowing real-time peer comparison, faster troubleshooting and identification of trends.

Reports• The new exception report provides a count of the number of results for a given time period that exceed 2SD, allowing any corrective actions to be taken.

Result History • The new Result History view combines the functionality of the Data Review Report and the QC Overview by Test making the review process faster. View data for a particular analyte, accept/reject results, and review/ comment on results all from the same page.

User Interface• The software has had a complete makeover delivering a faster, enhanced and more intuitive user experience.

Data Entry • Improvements have been made to speed up manual data entry. Users can enter both single and summarised results from the same page and create custom panels for faster entry of multiple results. • Acusera 24•7 Connect and EDI are now 100 times faster at importing QC results to the software increasing laboratory efficiency.

Flexibility• Performance limits, QC multi-rules and peer group may now be customised depending on user preferences for each different analyte, instrument or lot of control.• Users can create a custom configuration that can be shared across other instruments in their lab and also other labs in their group. • Role-based user logins can be customised to ensure access to only the required functionality.• Support for multiple devices; our responsive design will scale to fit any platform including mobile, tablet & PC.

Connectivity• The software is now capable of bi-directional communication with LIMS. For example, in the event of a QC failure or rule violation the software is capable of sending an alert or message to the LIMS.

Charts• Levey-Jennings charts now have even more functionality, giving you the ability to add events such as calibration and reagent lot changes for advanced review of trends.• The improved Histogram allows rapid identification of any test system bias. Designed to be completely interactive, multiple instruments, analytes and QC lots can be added to the same chart, providing comparative performance assessment. • All charts including Levey-Jennings, Histogram and Performance Summary Charts can now be generated for a user-defined time period. This would be beneficial for audit purposes.

Dashboard• As well as displaying QC failures from the last 7 days and QC lots approaching expiry, the unique Dashboard now also displays a message advising the number of QC results successfully imported via EDI or Connect.
