It’s so easy to get stuckin your eating habits, making the samefavourite dishes all week.Personally, I think I couldhave a veggie sausage salad for lunch everyday! So I love the Re-set Your Diet article thisissue from Rick Hay. I’ll definitely be mixing itup and trying a salmon rice salad for lunch.

Could you do with a littlemore get-up-and-go? Healthand beauty expert Liz Earleshares three of her favouriterevitalising juice recipe’s

Hooray!

Fresh juices have the power tonourish, cleanse, protect, sootheand heal. Unprocessed and oftenunpeeled, you get all the nutritionalbenefits of fruit and vegetables in onedelicious glass. Once you start to includejuices in your daily diet I defy you not todevelop a healthy addiction to drinkingsome form of fresh juice every day. Healthisn’t something that can be turned on oroff overnight. It’s not what we eat or drinkoccasionally that determines ourwellbeing, but what we consume out ofhabit, every day. That’s why it’s soimportant to eat natural, well-balancedfoods, directly from nature’s garden, notvia a processing plant. Juicing freshingredients can return us to a more naturaldiet – making the critical differencebetween being poorly nourished and well nourished.

Macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins and fats – are the nutrients thatprovide energy. But before food can giveus this energy and vitality, hundreds ofchemical reactions must take place, involving more than 30 vitamins andminerals. These micronutrients are the realkey to unlocking the potential energy inour food, in the process known asmetabolism. These juice recipe’s containingredients to revitalise your body and giveyou the nutrients you need.
