Not only for the HR sustainability of this fast growing LC, but also for the impact that a team experience can have to students of University of Piraeus. It is an opportunity for us, to offer young people the experience of working in the biggest student-run organization and empower them with skills that will help them make a difference in their communities. Through this team, you get to see what are the needs and trends of students’ behavior and preferences on volunteerism (market area). Meanwhile, you develop or improve most of your soft skills, from public speaking to use of excel tools as well as prioritizing your needs and desires (individual value). Last but not least, you realize how crucial this team is, as you bring new people in the organization that will develop themselves but also the processes of each project. It is connected with the AIESEC values, since sustainability is achieved through this team.
