I rejoice whenever I realize the blessings and opportunities of being a part of a thriving, soulwinning church. Truly, I pray that church members would realize such for them to have that joy and desire to stay and involve in those opportunities which God is giv-ing us. Satan has been trying his best to destroy churches where the Gospel is preached, Christ is proclaimed and lives are changed. He doesn’t like our purpose. The past few weeks have been a privi-lege for me to visit, preach, help, and minister to churches. While few are struggling, I praise the Lord that many are doing their re-sponsibilities to extend the gospel to the lost and help people grow for His glory!

As a member of this church, stay faithful attending Sunday services, especially Sunday nights and Wednesday prayer meet-ings. Be a part of your Sunday School classes, discipleship pro-grams, Area soulwinning and other activities. Let us build a per-sonal close relationship with God through prayer and love for His blessed Book.

by life’s difficulties.

by lofty domain.

II. The path of His servant, Joshua, must set

a pattern of decision for us.

A. Joshua decided to please God in all major parts

of his life.

B. Joshua declared that he would prioritize God

in all manner of his spiritual life.

C. Joshua delighted in his decision to serve God.

III. The path of His servant, Jeremiah, must set

a pattern of determination for us.

A. Jeremiah executed God’s calling with

unperturbed (composed, calm) disposition.

B. Jeremiah effected God’s calling with

uncompromised decision.

C. Jeremiah elevated God’s calling with

unconditional devotion.

9, 1988 and was baptized on May 1 of the same year. I gave my life to the Lord in the teaching ministry in October, 1988. In March, 1989, I surrendered my life full-time in the ministry. By January,

1994, through our beloved pastor, God entrusted to me the responsibility of being the superintendent of our Church Sunday School - Children’s Department.

I praise and thank God for His bountiful mercy and grace. Through the years, I have seen the hand of God as He works in me and in the ministries that He has entrusted to me. He taught me not to rely on myself but to trust in Him fully. He taught me to be diligent in finishing every assignment He has tasked me to do.

He also instilled in me the importance of having visions as He constantly gives me the burden to see the need of the salvation of children; to see our students grow in their spiritual lives; and to see that God will call them eventually in Christian service. True enough, these visions are coming to reality as some of our former Sunday school students are now involving in different ministries of our church.

Moreover, I thank the Lord for giving me the vision to see the need of salvation of other people not only in our country but also around the world, and the vision to see the need of other churches in building their Sunday school classes.

Furthermore, I praise and thank God for our Pastor, Ed M. Laurena, for allowing me to be used by God in extending our ministry to our missions, daugh-ter churches, and other fellowshipping churches. Now, God has broadened more my horizon in serving Him by letting me heed the call to be a missionary to England. It is my prayer that God will continually use and bless our beloved Pastor as he, by God’s grace, trains, influences and passes the vision that God has given Him to others. To God be the glory.

Una sa lahat, pinupuri at pinasasalamatan ko ang Panginoon na ako’y nalig-

tas noong Abril 19, 1987, at ako’y nabawtismuhan noong Agosto 19, 1987. Salamat sa Panginoon at inilagay Niya ako sa tamang simbahan at naging miyembro ng CBBC.

Nagpapasalamat din po ako sa Diyos kay Pastor Ed Laurena sa mga mensahe niyang aking naririnig sa pulpito, at sa mga salita ng Diyos na aking naba-basa, na sa Kanyang biyaya ay nagpapalago sa aking pananampalataya.

Pinupuri ko rin ang Panginoon sa pagbigay Niya sa akin ng malaking prebelihiyo na ako ay magamit sa gawain Niya sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay, pag-aakay ng kaluluwa, at paglilingkod sa Kanya sa ministry na Kanyang ipinagkaloob. Noong 1990, ako ay nag-involve sa choir at sa children’s department ng ating Sunday School ministry.

Sa biyaya ng Diyos, ako ay nagpapatuloy sa Sunday School ministry. Napakalaking pagpapala para sa akin na ngayon ay kasama ko na sa Sunday School ministry ang ilan sa mga batang naalagaan at naturuan ko sa Sunday School noon. Tunay ngang “Our labour is not in vain in the Lord.” Sa Diyos ang luwalhati!

Wala nang iba pang makapagliligtas sa iyo mula sa impiyerno. Magtiwala ka kay Hesus ngayon! Roma 6:23

“Kung ipahahayag ng iyong bibig na si Hesus ay Panginoon at mananampalataya ka nang buong puso na Siya’y muling binuhay ng Diyos, ikaw ay maliligtas”. Roma 10:9

1. Aminin mo na ikaw ay isang makasalanan. Roma 3:102. Magsisi ka sa iyong kasalanan. Gawa 17:303. Manampalataya ka na si Kristo Hesus ay namatay para sa iyo, nalibing at nabuhay namagmuli. Roma 10:9-104. Sa pamamagitan ng panalangin, tanggapin mo si Hesus sa iyong puso bilang iyong Tagapagligtas. Roma 10:13

Manalangin ka ng ganito:Panginoon, ako po ay isang makasalanan at nangangailangan ng kapatawaran. Nanampalataya po ako na nadanak ng dugo ni Hesus at Siya ay namatay sa krus para sa akin. Nagsisisi po ako sa aking mga kasalanan. Tinatanggap ko po si Kristo Hesus sa aking puso bilang aking Tagapagligtas. Amen.
