• Invite the three [3] agencies to come together and try to solve the problem encountered in reporting the pest incidence such as Taro Leaf Blight and improve on the timeliness of the reporting systems.

Objective

To formulate an effective and efficient reporting system to

control the incursion of Taro Leaf Blight

Action Strategy. Run a workshop to formulate an emergency response plan

1. Identify budget for the workshop2. Draw the workshop timetable and objectives3. Set the workshop venue4. Invite key speakers,stakeholders and the three parties

to attend the workshop5. Three [3] agencies to draw up the current or existing

flow diagram on pest reporting system and ID6. Streamline the 3 flow diagram into one7. Test the ERP by running series of run on the ground8. Amend and rectify the short comings and draw the

final draft9. Present to Legislative for legality10. Prepared cabinet submission for approval11. Adoptation of the ERP and enact into the regulation

for adoptability
