1. Export Manufacturing- manufacturing, assembly or processing activity resulting in theexportation of at least 70% of production. '. Agroindustrial Export Manufacturing / processing and or manufacturing ofagricultural products resulting in the exportation of its production. (!rocessing" shall meanthe conversion of any agricultural and marine products from its ra# state into intermediateor $nal product #hich undergo physical andor chemical change through mechanical andorchemical process.& 'ligible $rms shall ualify for registration as gro-*ndustrial 'conomic)one 'xport 'nterprise."

operation and maintenance of an economic 5one for export manufacturing enterprises,

inclusive of the reuired infrastructure, facilities and utilities such as light and po#er system,

#ater supply and distribution system, se#erage and drainage system, pollution controldevices, communication facilities, paved road net#or3, administration building. 'ligible $rms

shall ualify for registration as Manufacturing 'conomic )one 1eveloper 8perator."

/.b. IT Par4 0evelopent 3 peration/ development, operation and maintenance of an

area as a complex capable of providing infrastructures and other support facilities reuired

by *+ 'nterprises, as #ell as amenities reuired by professionals and #or3ers involved in *+

'nterprise, or easy access to such amenities. 'ligible $rms shall ualify for registration as *+

!ar3 1eveloper 8perator."

/.c. Touris Econoic Zone 0evelopent 3 peration/ development, operation andmaintenance of an integrated resort complex, #ith prescribed carrying capacities of tourist

facilities and activities, such as but not limited to, sports and recreation centers,

accommodations, convention and cultural facilities, food and beverage outlets, commercial

establishments and other special interest and attraction activities establishments, and

provided #ith roads, #ater supply facilities, po#er distribution facilities, drainage and

se#age systems and other necessary infrastructure and public utilities. 'ligible $rms shall

ualify for registration as +ourism 'conomic )one 1eveloper 8perator."

/.d. Medical Touris Econoic Zone 0evelopent 3 peration / development,

operation and maintenance of a Medical +ourism !ar3 or Medical +ourism 4enter #hich areplanned and designed in accordance #ith the standards of the 1epartment of 2ealth and the

1epartment of +ourism to have support facilities and services reuired for health and

#ellness, and provided #ith reuired infrastructure facilities and utilities. 'ligible $rms shall

ualify for registration as Medical +ourism 'conomic )one 1eveloper 8perator."

/.e. AgroIndustrial Econoic Zone 0evelopent 3 peration / development

operation and maintenance of an agro-industrial economic 5one planned and designed to

have support facilities and services reuired for processing and agro-based manufacturing

facilities, and provided #ith the reuired infrastructure facilities and utilities. 'ligible $rms

shall ualify for registration as gro-*ndustrial 'conomic )one 1eveloper 8perator."

/.f. Retireent Econoic Zone 0evelopent 3peration / development. operation

and maintenance of a 9etirement 'conomic )one !ar3 or 4enter, planned and designed in

accordance #ith the accreditation standards of the !hilippine 9etirement uthority, and

provided #ith the reuired infrastructure facilities and utilities. 'ligible $rms shall ualify for

registration as 9etirement 'conomic )one 1eveloper 8perator."

5.a. +acilities for Manufacturing Enterprises - construction as o#ner operator of

factory buildings inside a !') pecial 'conomic )one for lease to !')-registered 'xport

Manufacturing 'nterprises. 'ligible $rms shall ualify for registration as 'conomic )one

;acilities 'nterprise."

5.b. +acilities for IT Enterprises/ construction as o#neroperator of buildings and other

facilities inside *+ !ar3s #hich are leased to !')-registered *+ 'nterprises. 'ligible $rms

shall ualify for registration as *+ !ar3 ;acilities 'nterprise."

5.c. Retireent +acilities / establishment, operation and management of retirement

facilities and other related activities, #ith foreign retirees as primary clientele, duly endorsed

by the !hilippine 9etirement uthority, and located in a 9etirement 'conomic )one. 'ligible

$rms shall ualify for registration as 9etirement 'conomic )one ;acilities 'nterprise."
