Activities Committee Update First of all, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday – Happy New Year and welcome to 2016. I wish to personally thank our very own holiday elf, Jolene Yancey, and the various teams that she put to-gether for all the wonderful holiday events that occurred in December. As well, a big thanks to Coco Giacolino and her team who once again put together a very successful Food and Toy Drive. I’m going to repeat some information that was published previously in the November Newsletter on Ticket Sales Guidelines. The Activities Committee officers spent a great deal of time putting together guidelines for the way Event tickets would be sold this season. Our guidelines were created because the occupancy by Owners and Renters in the Resort has grown and there are very few events that can accommodate every person present in the Resort. So, we put these guidelines in place in an ef-fort to be fair to those of us who either own or rent here and who spend our winter season here. Sorry for the repetition but, in an effort to make everyone aware of how Event tickets will be sold, here they are again.
HRVR ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE TICKET TUESDAY SALES GUIDELINES
GENERAL
Tickets will be sold once per week on “Ticket Tuesday” from 2-4 PM at the Club House. (Additional morning sales may begin in Jan, depending on demand.)
Tickets will be sold only at the Club House. Remember, ticket sales are happening if the Ticket Tuesday banner is displayed on the Clubhouse wall.
Receipt book coupons will be used as tickets.
All Events will be pre-sold in advance of the Event. Continued on page 2

HRVR ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE TICKET TUESDAY SALES GUIDELINES CONTINUED
TICKET SALES PROCESS
Tickets will be on sale for any Event or Breakfast up to one month before the event. (Longer sales times may be allowed for specific Events with Activities Committee approval.)
Monthly breakfast tickets will be sold in advance AND at the door on the day of the Event. Pre-sold tickets will be $2 less than those sold at the door.
TICKET SALES POLICIES
Ticket sales will be handled as follows:
For an “Open” Event (where there are no space or service capacity limitations), owners may re-quest tickets for specific guests.
For a “Limited” Event (where space or service capacities are limited)
Owners or Renters with visitors may place their visitor’s names on a waiting list. This will allow all Renters and Owners in the Resort to have first priority for the event. One week before the event when sign-up is closed, Owners with visitors should check at the Ticket Tuesday sales to see if their waiting list visitors can attend.
“Free Events (ones supported by Activities Committee proceeds) are for Resort Owners and Renters only. Visitors may attend these events, but will be charged a $5/person entry fee.
Before close of sales, tickets may be returned for full refund to Ticket Sales Staff on Ticket Tues-days.
The Activity Club Treasurer or other designated Activity Club Officer will be present at the end of tickets sales on Ticket Tuesdays. The Treasurer will balance all ticket sales monies.
NOTE: All Events at HRVR are planned and conducted by volunteers for our Resort’s owners and renters. If there are Event glitches, such as no-shows or other complications, we ask that all atten-dees be patient with any unforeseen difficulty. There will be no refunds distributed at an Event. The Activity Club will review each Event and, when necessary, respond in a manner befitting the prob-lem.

Thank You from Bell Choir
Thank You to all that attended the Bell Choir and donated to them, as they’ll use the
money to purchase equipments, etc
The choir appreciated your hospitality and and would like to thank us for our hospital-
ity, please see the note below.
If you missed this event, you certainly missed a wonderful concert, which was directed
by our very own Mike Erlenbaugh. Even Sandy Griswold played some of the bells. I
know I certainly enjoyed listening to them and hopefully they’ll join us again next year.

I’d like to thank everyone who helped make the holiday season
at HRVR a success. Without all the volunteers, it certainly
would not have worked! THANK YOU so very much!!!
I’m sure many of you attended the Thanksgiving Dinner, Golf
Cart Parade, Gift Exchange, Bell Choir and will attend the up-
coming Christmas Dinner. It’s my favorite time of the year and
I’m very proud of the owners/renters who helped to decorate,
cook, set up areas, clean-up, etc. Without you, the park would
not be as beautiful as it is, nor would the events have gone off
without an hitches.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New
Year!!
