Please advise the Area Office prior to making travel arrangements. All authorized flight arrangements must be made through Linda Knox, our W.E. Travel agent at 604‑215‑5354 (direct), 604-253-5585 (office) or 1-800- 663-4703; fax 604-253-5586; or via e-mail at [email protected] IT IS IMPORTANT YOU BOOK YOUR TRAVEL AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE THE CHEAPEST AIRFARE POSSIBLE. W.E. Travel will require authorization from the Conferences and Conventions Department for any booking request, which is less than 14 days notice. A member/representative will be reimbursed for the actual cost incurred for travel by public transportation. Receipts must be attached to the expense claim form; and for travel by air, the electronic ticket and the boarding pass must be attached as proof of travel. Important – The Union will only reimburse for the cheapest form of transportation. If you choose to drive and your mileage claim exceeds the cheapest airfare available to the Union, you will only be reimbursed the lesser amount. Any additional leave of absence or hotel accommodation required will also be at your own expense. To claim airfare equivalent, form FA-733 must be completed at least 14 days in advance of travel. No reimbursement will be made for flights purchased from an airline directly or another travel agency. No reimbursement will be made for any expenses incurred where the appropriate prior authorization has not been obtained. Car Rental Insurance (when applicable) – Loss Damage Waiver Insurance coverage must be carried on a rental vehicle. Saturday September 29th, 2012 at the Skeena Valley Golf and Country Club located at 4252 Golf Course Avenue. Cocktails at 6:00 pm, Dinner at 7:00 pm and Music/Dancing at

9:00 pm.
