30 SEPTEMBER 2017 PLANNED SOCIAL CONCERN

Several new things happened in September quarter which are significant to be mentioned here. First Chief Operating Officer (CFO) of PSC Mr. Praneet Chowdhry joined in the beginning of quarter. Mr. Praneet is an experienced professional in the field of finance and accounting. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has worked of 21 years. Also Mr.Uma Shankar (Ex PSC) re joined PSC in the month of September. Uma was part of the team which helped PSC develop its present MIS (Microlekha). His rejoining will strengthen PSC’s IT team.

There are some ‘Dry Chilies’ too. Mr. Vikas Sharma, Mr. Kishore Bagadi and Ms. Poonam left PSC in this quarter.

Mr. Lal Chand Bunkar (GGR) and Mr. Mahendra Balai (MNP) are top two best performer of the quarter.

Other significant developments are some changes in the process of customer acquisition in PSC. One of the key take away from Retreat is to increase role of Branch Manager in customer acquisition. This allow us to merge customer training process (CGT) and group recognition process (GRT) into Group training and recognition (GTR) process. This will further help in reducing in customer turn around time from 7 days to 3 days.
