STEP 1:The activation app and fulfillment emails are customized for the event, installed on devices, and tested.

NOTE:Our system is designed for speed and ease of use. Unlike other photo apps, we have an all-in-one experience that is simple for event sta� and is built to keep your exhibit lines moving!

STEP 2:The event zone is setup and optimized for proper lighting, props, branding, theming elements, and guesttra�ic management.

STEP 3:Guests fill out entry form within the app. This includes fulfillment contact info and other requested fields.

STEP 4:The event sta� takes photo(s) of the guest. Multiple photos are taken for GIF mode. Retake option is available. Guest Preview Screen and Crowd promotional Screen are optional.

STEP 5:The device uploads photos and form or survey info to a secure fulfillment server. If data connectivity is not available, the device will store info for sync at a later time.

STEP 6:The system fulfills photos via SMS or Branded Email. Guests can share activations via email or social.

STEP 7:The system securely stores all guest activations, viewing, and sharing activity in real-time. Event managers can log in to view form info, photos, and stats throughout the campaign.
