Zwaagdijk-Oost, 6 February 2018 ACTION STRENGTHENS MANAGEMENT FOR FUTURE GROWTH Hajir Hajji appointed Commercial Director and Bart Raeymaekers promoted to Director Store Operations As of March 1, Hajir Hajji is appointed Commercial Director at Action. Hajir joined Action in 1997 and is Executive Board member, responsible for store operations across Europe. In her new role she will become responsible for all commercial activities within Action. Bart Raeymaekers will be promoted to Director Store Operations. Bart is Belgian and joined Action in 2012. He worked in Belgium and The Netherlands before he became General Manager of Action France in September 2015. Under his leadership Action France grew from 82 to 337 stores. Simon Hathway, Buying & Merchandise Director, will leave Action by the end of March. Simon has worked for Action since 2013 and was responsible for important developments in buying including Direct Sourcing, the growing number of A Brands and the development of Private Labels. As member of our Executive Board, Simon has contributed significantly to the growth and success of Action in the past years. His responsibilities will be taken over by Hajir Hajji in her role as Commercial Director. As of March 1, the Executive Board of Action will consist of Sander van der Laan (CEO), Frederik Lotz (CFO), Hajir Hajji (Commercial Director) and Joost Bous (Supply Chain Director). Following a transition period, Bart Raeymaekers (Director Store Operations) will become member of the Executive Board after the Summer. Hajir Hajji appointed Commercial Director and Bart Raeymaekers promoted to

Director Store Operations

As of March 1, Hajir Hajji is appointed Commercial Director at Action. Hajir joined Action in

1997 and is Executive Board member, responsible for store operations across Europe. In her

new role she will become responsible for all commercial activities within Action.

Bart Raeymaekers will be promoted to Director Store Operations. Bart is Belgian and joined

Action in 2012. He worked in Belgium and The Netherlands before he became General

Manager of Action France in September 2015. Under his leadership Action France grew from

Simon Hathway, Buying & Merchandise Director, will leave Action by the end of March.
