The 2019 Activity Schedule seeks to cover the
diverse expectations and business needs of all
member establishments of Grupo Hotusa and its
hotel brands: Prestige Hotels of the World, Style
Hotels, Domus Selecta, Aqualis, Home Out Places,
Keytel and Hotusa Hotels
That’s why we suggest the possibility of taking an
active part of many of them. Depending on your line
of action for 2019, you can focus on specific
segments that meet your highest expectations:
Luxury, corporate and leisure markets; MICE and
Tour Operation. In addition, in order to complete
your objectives, we will incur the strategic markets
of Europe, Asia and America such as London,
Madrid, Singapore, Paris, Rome, New York and
Buenos Aires, among others.
Our activities The proposed activities have been chosen under careful
analysis and are divided into several types to intensify
the GDS channel and Tour Operation.

V Hotusa Explora Forum January 21 - Madrid
After the success of previous editions, Grupo Hotusa will hold the V
Tourism Innovation Forum, which will bring together more than 400
representatives of leading companies, institutions and entities that are
connected to the tourism industry.
The hotel company promotes the annual Forum as a space for dialogue
and the fluid exchange of knowledge that favours the development of
projects and cooperation agreements in the field of tourism. Professionals
interested in attending can register for free.

FITUR 2019 January 23-27 - Madrid
FITUR is the fair that brings together the most complete range of businesses and
tourist destinations around the world. It’s especially recommended for hotels that
want to consolidate their position in the Mediterranean and Southern European
markets. With an exclusive space in the Grupo Hotusa Stand, we’ll welcome you as
a co-exhibitor.
· Appear in the catalogue as a Co-Exhibitor.
· Exclusive use of a table for the hotel during
the fair, from Wednesday to Friday.
· Access to the Stand café for both hoteliers
and their visitors
· Standard reception service from Wednesday to Friday.
· Handing out of exhibitor credentials for the whole fair.
· Attendance to the dinner party the day before the opening of the event,
along with the other hoteliers participating in the Stand.
You can have a table during the whole FITUR. We recommend you stay every day,
in order to help people who are interested in the hotel.
For hotels registered before November 20, 2019, you’ll be able to take part in the VII
HOSTED BUYERS Workshop, B2B meetings, pre-established appointments with
tour operators and travel agencies.

ETOA, the European Tourism Association, organises a B2B event (in
Workshop format) aimed at European hotels and hotel chains where they
will have the opportunity of meeting a variety of event organisers, MICE
Agencies, Tour Operators and Online Intermediaries, Groups and FITS
from around the world. At each of the ETOA events, the participating hotel
can establish up to 32 pre-scheduled appointments.

UK MICE INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP February 12 - London
As a novelty, a commercial activity will be held in London with powerful MICE
agencies in the UK market.

the increase and readjustment of the sales flow.

In the framework of the ITB, Eurostars Berlin hosts its traditional “Passion
Berlin” evening, the perfect setting to strengthen your connections. Last

What is the hotel of the month?
It is a services offer that enables hotels (from Spain, France, Portugal and the UK) to position themselves on the
Restel platform, which is used by more than 200,000 travel agencies, tour operators, receptive operators, etc. for
booking purposes.
What does Restel provide?
· Impact metrics: Once the entire programme is finished, Restel will provide clients with the dissemination
information for the campaign
· Everything you need to complete the programme: If the hotel wishes, the Restel marketing team will take
care of all the graphic design, banners, newsletters, etc.
What does the hotel provide?
· Accommodation: The hotel will provide 3 nights + 1 experience, dinner, spa, day trip, etc.
· Briefing: The hotel has to send an explanation of the hotel’s strengths and highlights for the communication
material

Restel will design the
newsletters, facebook pictures and
banners with the briefing provided by the
client, who can choose
among our 3 types for the set-up on the
website, which
processes more than 6000 bookings daily.
First, expectation is created about the draw
using Facebook and e-mail marketing. To
participate, agencies have to access the
hotel and answer a set of questions about
the hotel; this makes them learn about the
hotel and remember it. A random draw will
take place among all the participants who
answer the questions. Meanwhile, the
banners will be placed on the search engine
and will redirect people to the hotel file,
improving its positioning.

on the Restel website, which boasts more than
80,000 exclusive visits by industry professionals
and 4,000 daily bookings. There are several
banner options next to the search engine.
On restel.es, you can choose between several
types of banners: A, B, or C. All strategically
located on the spot with the greatest visibility and
influence. It’s interactive and the dynamic picture
changes every 5 seconds. In addition, it’s posted in
different languages such as English,
Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and German.
