Introduction
• Workforce is made up of approximately 6,000 staff and 2,000 volunteers who work directly with over 300,000 children, young people, parents and carers.
• We run more that 650 services across the four nations of the UK working across national boundaries to provide a range of innovative services for children in care, disabled children and young people.
• We support and speak out for the UK’s most vulnerable and neglected children and young people.

Lessons Learnt
• Innovation within an organisation takes time.
• Create and share the vision. Accept it may challenge internal stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed.
• Be ready to respond to the unexpected.

What does the future look like?
• Review our learning strategy.
• Expand access to the Moodle to other audiences, e.g. foster carers and adopters.
• Identify other ways in which we can deliver learning via the Moodle platform.
