Description:

Acrylic is the most versatile medium and in that class you will learn several ways to create interesting and exciting pictures and surfaces. I will teach you the color scheme and how to mix colors, and how to work with light and shade, perspective and learn all about composition. I will introduce you how to prepare the painting base and the different ways to apply the paint on the painting bases as well how to work with brushes, Palette knifes and Rubber Shaping tools. That will help also to get inspired to a new way to see and create for example interesting landscapes or scenes without getting stuck in too naturalistic subjects. Material: Paint: basic primary colors plus black and white Phthalo Blue, Coeruleum (Hue), Cadmium Yellow deep (Hue), Burnt Umber, Gesso primer, Application tools: Flat wide brush, Bushes in different seizes, with square and rounded edges, some small brushes for details Palette Knifes Rubber Shaping tools Large plastic container for brush rinsing Paper Towels or rags A Palette Painting base: Canvas/ Paper/Cardboard

Martina Dresler was born in Germany. She studied Graphic and fashion Design at the German Master School for Fashion. She specialises in abstract acryl painting, pastel-portraits, photography and art therapy. She works as an Artist, a certified Personality Trainer and Art Therapist.
