Getting Started With Acesse Marketing Acesse provides individuals interested in advertising services, technology products, and becoming a small business owner a unique opportunity. You can earn income for selling Acesse products and services to your customers and through building a team of entrepreneurial individuals upon whose sales volume you can earn commissions and bonuses. When you sign up as a Member of Acesse, you will begin as a Free Surfer. A Free Surfer is an individual who can earn iRewards, points redeemable for gift cards, by searching on Acesse Search and viewing and rating advertisements on the Acesse Ads Platform. To begin your career as an Internet Marketing Consultant (IMC), an individual who can potentially earn commissions and bonuses for selling products and services and creating a downline, at Acesse you will first purchase a Sales Kit. The annual Sales Kit costs $59.95, and it includes access to Acesse University training materials, downloadable sales marketing materials, and an eWallet account. The purchase of a Sales Kit is required to become an IMC, except in the state of North Dakota. North Dakota may receive the Sales Kit at no charge. The Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan compensates many levels of IMCs, and each IMC’s success is based on their own individual selling efforts and the selling efforts of the organization that he/she develops.
Understanding Volume Sales Volume is calculated daily from the purchases of Acesse products and services made by IMCs and Direct Customers. The Sales Volume that an IMC generates is used to measure Active and Fully Qualified status. Different volumes are also measured for the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan in order to determine an IMC’s rank and the commissions and bonuses that IMCs receive.
Personal Purchase Volume Personal Purchase Volume (PPV) is the total dollar amount of personal product purchases from Acesse. IMCs may choose to purchase products and services from Acesse; however, PPV is not required to participate in the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan.
Customer Sales The Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan rewards you for the sales of Acesse products and services to your customers.

Personal Customers Personal Customers are Individuals or entities who purchase Acesse products and services from an IMC that are held by the IMC in his/her inventory. IMCs may sell Acesse products and services to their own Personal Customers at any price they choose. The difference between what an IMC paid for the product or service and the price an IMC charges a personal customer determines the IMC’s retail profit. It is up to the IMC whether to charge a higher price. Whenever an IMC makes a sale to a Personal Customer, the selling IMC must submit notice of the sale to the Company by registering the sale through the Retail Sales Manager in their Member Center. Personal Customers cannot generate Customer Sales Volume for an IMC.
Direct Customers Direct Customers are individuals or entities who enroll as Free Surfers on the Acesse Marketing website, and may provide a referral code specifying the individual or entity that referred them to Acesse. When a Member purchases any of Acesse Marketing’s products or services directly from the Company, the Member will be reclassified as a Direct Customer. If the person that referred the Free Surfer is an IMC, that Consultant will be credited with Personal Sales Volume (PSV) from the purchase. When an IMC’s Direct Customer makes a product purchase, the IMC can earn commissions on all of the Direct Customer’s product purchases, plus a Fast Start Bonus on the Direct Customer’s first purchase.
Customer Sales Volume Your Customer Sales Volume (CSV) is the sum of purchases made through Acesse by your personally enrolled Direct Customers. CSV is required in order to be Fully Qualified as a Gold Executive or higher when you have been an IMC or higher for 90 days or more. Important: CSV is a new requirement included in the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan but has been delayed until future notice.

Personal Sales Volume Acesse IMCs receive Personal Sales Volume (PSV) from personal purchases and orders placed by their Direct Customers. PSV is required to be Active and eligible to earn commissions through the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan. Your CSV plus your PPV equals your PSV. Important: in order to receive PSV for product orders, you must purchase a Sales Kit before you purchase the products that you want. If you do not purchase your Sales Kit prior to making a product purchase, your purchase will count as CSV and PSV to your first upline IMC because the system will view you as a Direct Customer at the time of your product order, not an IMC.
Leg A leg begins with a personally enrolled Member and includes all of the Members below the personally enrolled Member, which may include Free Surfers, Direct Customers, and IMCs. For each Member you personally enroll, you will have one leg.
Organization Sales Volume Organization Sales Volume (OSV) is the sum of the PSV from all of the IMCs in your downline. Your PSV is not included in your OSV.
Group Sales Volume Group Sales Volume (GSV) is the sum of your PSV and OSV, however there is a limitation that up to 1,000 in Sales Volume may be counted from each leg of your downline. GSV is one of the requirements to promote to the Gold Executive rank.
Bonus Volume When an item is purchased from Acesse, it has a price and two volumes associated with it. The first volume is Sales Volume. This is the basis upon which Personal Sales Volume (PSV), Customer Sales Volume (CSV), Personal Purchase Volume (PPV), Group Sales Volume (GSV), and Organization Sales Volume (OSV) are calculated. The second volume is Bonus Volume. This is the basis upon which commissions and bonuses are paid. For many products, Sales Volume and Bonus Volume are identical, but for others, Bonus Volume is different.

Requirements and Exemptions Status requirements are necessary in order to maintain your Acesse Marketing business and to receive commissions and bonuses.
Active An Active IMC is an IMC who has 10 PSV or more within a rolling 30-‐day period. Active IMCs are eligible to earn Level 1 Commissions, as shown in Table 1 below, based on their rank and PSV.

Fully Qualified A Fully Qualified IMC has at least 20 PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period. Fully Qualified IMCs are eligible to earn Level 1 Commissions and other bonuses, as shown in Table 2 below, based on their rank and PSV.

Once promoted, the PSV requirement for Gold Executive to earn Team Bonuses is 50 PSV over a rolling 30-‐day period. ** CSV requirements for individuals who have been IMCs for over 90 days have been delayed until future notice.

PSV and Paid As Rank Exemptions Acesse Marketing offers two Business Packages that have unique benefits. When you purchase the Big Business Package, 1,000 PSV is generated for you and you are exempt from PSV requirements for 60 days. The exemption begins on the first day that you purchase the Big Business Package. This exemption applies to all ranks. When you purchase the Executive Business package, 2,000 PSV is generated for you and you are promoted to and Paid As a Gold Executive for 90 days. You will also be exempt from PSV requirements for 90 days, beginning on the day that you purchased the Executive Business Package. Important: When you are PSV exempt, you will not be exempt from CSV. *CSV requirements for IMCs have been delayed until future notice.
Dynamic Compression When Acesse Marketing pays its IMCs, it will skip over IMCs who are inactive and give the commissions to the next Active, Fully Qualified IMC. If you are an Active or Fully Qualified IMC, you will be able to earn commissions and bonuses on more levels of IMCs.
Annual Sales Kit Repurchase On the anniversary of the date that you became an IMC, you will be assessed a fee of $59.95 to renew your Acesse Marketing business as an IMC. IMCs who do not pay the $59.95 necessary to renew their Acesse Marketing business and repurchase their Sales Kit will be reclassified as a Direct Customer and will be notified by email and a message in the Member Center. IMCs will have 30 days to pay the fee before their downline will be permanently transferred to the next upline IMC. North Dakota residents may choose to renew by paying the $59.95 renewal fee annually (which includes a pre-‐paid ATM debit card) or to renew at no charge without the card.
About Rolling 30-‐Day Periods Commissions and bonuses are calculated as sales are processed in a queue each day. The 30-‐day period used for determining Active and Fully Qualified requirements is a 720-‐hour window that looks back from the date and time each sale is submitted.

How You Get Paid There are 8 ways that you can get paid from the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan, including:

Sales Commissions When you are an Active IMC, you will earn sales commissions on the purchases made by Level 1 IMCs and Direct Customers when you are their first upline Active IMC.

Fast Start Bonus The Fast Start Bonus provides an excellent source of immediate income for new and established IMCs. In addition to Level 1 Commissions, Fully Qualified IMCs can earn a 5% Fast Start Bonus on all the first purchases made by each of their Level 1 IMC and Direct Customers. The Fast Start Bonus rewards the IMC who makes the sale, as well as the IMC who makes the sales presentation. While most of the time this is the same person, the Fast Start Bonus gives IMCs a financial incentive to help their new recruits sell their first products. If the IMC who made the sale is not Fully Qualified, the Fast Start Bonus will be paid to the first upline IMC who is Fully Qualified. The Fast Start Bonus includes:
• 2.5% Seller Bonus: The IMC who makes a sale to a new Direct Customer earns 2.5% of the Fast Start Bonus.
• 2.5% Presenter Bonus: The IMC who makes the sales presentation will be paid 2.5% of the Fast Start Bonus. The purchaser is not required to be a Level 1 Customer/Consultant, or within in your downline.
Important: Fast Start Bonus pays in addition to your normal commissions.

Team Bonus When you are an Active, Fully Qualified IMC, you will earn Team Bonuses on the purchases and sales made by your downline IMCs. The number of levels of Team Bonuses you can earn depends on your Paid As rank.

Presidential Bonus IMCs who achieve and are paid at the rank of Blue Diamond or higher earn Presidential Bonuses. Presidential Bonuses are an additional 1% on Level 2 -‐ 6. Table 6 displayed below includes both Team Bonuses and Presidential Bonuses.

Blue Diamond Infinity Bonus IMCs who achieve and are paid at the rank of Blue Diamond or higher can earn Infinity Bonuses. Infinity Bonuses are an additional 1% earned on Level 7 down to the next Fully Qualified Blue Diamond, and through 6 generations of Fully Qualified Blue Diamond Executives. Infinity Bonuses are paid in addition to Leadership Bonuses, which means that you can earn Infinity Bonuses on purchases and sales made by IMCs deep within your downline.

Black Diamond Royalty Bonus When you advance and are paid at the rank of Black Diamond Ambassador or higher, you will earn a 1% Royalty Bonus on all of the IMCs and Direct Customers in your downline down to but excluding your first Fully Qualified Black Diamond Ambassador or higher and their downlines. When you are paid at the rank of Black Diamond I, you will earn a 1% Royalty Bonus on the downline of your first generation Black Diamond Ambassadors. When you are paid at the rank of Black Diamond II, you will earn a 1% Royalty Bonus on the downline of your second generation Black Diamond Ambassadors. And when you are paid at the rank of Black Diamond III, you will earn a 1% Royalty Bonus on the downline of your third generation Black Diamond Ambassadors.

Business Builder Bonus A Fully Qualified IMC whose personally enrolled IMCs and Direct Customers generate a total of 10,000 SV or more during the IMC’s first 60 days is eligible to earn a one-‐time $400 Business Builder Bonus.
Rank The Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan recognizes and rewards you for your achievements. Within the Compensation Plan you are able to achieve 9 different ranks throughout your career as a Consultant of Acesse Marketing.
Consultant When you purchase a Sales Kit from Acesse Marketing you will begin your career as a Consultant. A Consultant is the first rank in the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan. To be Active for commissions on a sale, you will have 10 or more PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period. As an Active Consultant, you will earn a 5% Level 1 Commission on the commissionable volume of the Level 1 IMCs and Direct Customers. When you are Fully Qualified, you can earn Fast Start Bonuses of 5% on your Level 1 Direct Customers and IMCs, and Team Bonuses of 2% on your Level 2 – 4 IMCs and Direct Customers.

Gold Executive A Gold Executive:
• Is Active with 50 PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period • Has a total of 200 PSV within their career as an IMC • Has a total of 2,000 GSV within their career, of which no more than 1,000 is
counted from each leg in their downline • Has 25 CSV within a rolling 30-‐day period after being an IMC for over 90 days
You are promoted to Gold Executive once the qualifications listed above are met. When you are promoted to Gold Executive, you will be paid as a Fully Qualified Gold Executive for 90 days without having to meet Gold Executive rank maintenance requirements. You will also be exempt from PSV requirements for 90 days; however, you are not exempt from CSV requirements. The first day you are promoted to Gold Executive is the first day of the 90 days you are exempt. To be Fully Qualified as a Gold Executive:
• Beginning on your 91st day as an IMC with Acesse you will have 25 CSV within a rolling 30-‐day period.
• Beginning on your 91st day as a Gold Executive, you will be Active with 50 PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period
• Beginning on your 91st day as a Gold Executive, you will have two Active Level 1 IMCs
A Fully Qualified Gold Executive will earn Level 1 Commissions of 10%, Team Bonuses of 3% on Level 2 – 4 and of 2% on Level 5 – 6, and Fast Start Bonuses of up to 5%. An Active, but not Fully Qualified, Gold Executive is able to earn 10% Level 1 Commission on the commissionable volume of Level 1 IMCs and Direct Customers in their downline when they have 20 PSV or more within a rolling 30-‐day period.
Platinum Executive A Platinum Executive:
• Is Active with 50 PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period, or was promoted to Gold Executive within the last 90 days
• Has 25 CSV within a rolling 30-‐day period after being an IMC for over 90 days • Meets the requirements to become promoted to Gold Executive today or in the
past • Has two Active Level 1 Gold Executives or higher and one Active Level 1 IMC or

The rank maintenance requirements are identical to the rank promotion requirements for the Platinum Executive rank. A Fully Qualified Platinum Executive will earn Level 1 Commissions of 10%, Fast Start Bonuses of up to 5%, and Team Bonuses of 3% on Level 2 – 4. They will also earn Team Bonuses of 3% on Level 5 and 2% on Level 6, and Leadership Bonuses of 1% on Level 7.
Diamond Executive A Diamond Executive:
• Is Active with 50 PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period, or was promoted to Gold Executive within the last 90 days
• Has 25 CSV within a rolling 30-‐day period after being an IMC for over 90 days • Meets the requirements to become promoted to Platinum Executive today or in
the past • Has two Active Level 1 Platinum Executives or higher and one Active Level 1 Gold

The rank maintenance requirements are identical to the rank promotion requirements for the Black Diamond III Ambassador rank. Glossary Active A status an IMC obtains once he/she has 10 PSV over a rolling 30-‐day period. An Active Gold Executive or higher rank must have at least 20 PSV. Commissions and bonuses are calculated as sales are processed in a queue each day. The rolling 30-‐day period used for determining an Active status is a 720-‐hour window starting from the date and time each sale is submitted. Bonus Compensation an IMC earns for meeting certain sales criteria, determined by the type of bonus given. Bonus Volume The amount upon which commissions or bonuses are paid on products or services purchased from Acesse. For some items, Bonus Volume and Sales Volume are identical, and for others they are different. Customer Sales Volume (CSV) The sum of purchases made through Acesse by an IMC’s personally enrolled Direct Customers. CSV is required to be Fully Qualified as a Gold Executive or higher after being an IMC for over 90 days. Direct Customer An individual who has specified an IMC’s referral code prior to purchasing a product or service through the Acesse Member Center. Downline A recruited sales team. IMCs who introduce our company to individuals that want to become an IMC can create a downline of Free Surfers, Direct Customers, and IMCs. A person who signs up using the referral ID of an IMC is placed in that IMC’s downline. Dynamic Compression A method that pays out bonuses to only Active and Fully Qualified IMCs. When the system delivers bonuses it will ignore Free Surfers, Direct Customers, and inactive, unqualified IMCs, and instead it will deliver the bonus to the next Active, Fully Qualified IMC. A bonus that is calculated and paid on the value of the first purchase made by a new Direct Customer or IMC, not including the purchase of a Sales Kit. Fast Start Bonuses are paid on Level 1 sales only. Free Surfer An individual who is recruited to join Acesse Marketing but has not yet purchased Acesse products and services. Fully Qualified An IMC that meets the minimum requirements for his/her rank. A Fully Qualified IMC is eligible to receive commissions and bonuses contingent upon the Acesse Marketing Compensation Plan. Generation An IMC within your downline of equal or higher rank, regardless of level. Generation Bonus A bonus paid on an Executive or Ambassador of the same or higher rank, and all of the IMCs in their downline excluding the next Executive of the same or higher rank, regardless of level. Generation Bonuses include Infinity Bonuses and Royalty Bonuses. Group Sales Volume (GSV) The sum of Personal Sales Volume and Organization Sales Volume for an IMC, with a limitation of up to 1,000 Sales Volume counted from each leg. iCash Commissions and bonuses are paid out as iCash, which can be used to purchase additional products, services, and packages, or transferred to V-‐Cash. Inactive An IMC who has not had at least 10 PSV within a rolling 30-‐day period. Infinity Bonus A 1% bonus earned by an IMC who is paid at the rank of Blue Diamond Executive or higher. Internet Marketing Consultant An individual or entity of legal age who becomes an independent sales representative of the products and services offered by Acesse Corporation. Leg Each person who is personally enrolled becomes a leg from the IMC who personally enrolled them. A leg begins with a personally enrolled Member and includes all of the

Members below the personal enrolled Member, which may include IMCs, Free Surfers, and Direct Customers. Level Downline placement relationships between IMCs or between IMCs and Direct Customers. For example, if A sponsors B, who sponsors C, who sponsors D, who sponsors E, then E is on A’s fourth level. Organization Individuals and entities within a downline. Organization Sales Volume (OSV) The sum of the PSV from all of the IMCs in your downline. An IMC’s PSV is not included when calculating their own OSV. Paid As Rank Highest rank that an IMC is Fully Qualified for. A Paid As rank may be the same or lower than the IMC’s actual rank. IMCs are paid based on Paid As rank. Personal Customers Individuals or entities who purchase any Acesse product or service from an IMC that are sold from that IMC’s inventory. Personal Purchase Volume (PPV) Total amount of Sales Volume generated from purchases of Acesse products and services by an IMC. Personal Sales Volume (PSV) The dollar value of the products and services an IMC purchases from the Company for their personal use or resale, and any products or services purchased by Direct Customers. Requirements to be Active include minimum PSV amounts. Personally Enrolled When an IMC recruits a new Member, that Member is personally enrolled by an IMC. Rolling 30-‐day Period A period of time that counts back from today to 720 hours. Commissions and bonuses are calculated as sales and processed in a queue each day. The rolling 30-‐day period used for determining Active and Fully Qualified statuses begins at the time of sale, and looks back 720 hours before the sale was submitted. Royalty Bonus A bonus that Ambassador ranks receive based on total Sales Volume of their entire organization. Sales Commissions Payments made to an IMC for the sale of products and services to their Direct Customers or Level 1 IMCs. Sales Kit A sales package that individuals or entities are required to purchase in order to become an IMC for 365 days. Sales Volume (SV) The amount that is credited to IMCs for Active and Fully Qualified volume measurement purposes for products and services purchased from Acesse. Sponsor An IMC that registers a new recruit. The new recruit will enter the IMC’s referral ID at the time of sign-‐up to specify who the sponsor is. Upline The IMC who is above another IMC in an organization.
