For the last years we are giving young professionals oppor-
tunity to learn and develop in one of the leading IT compa-
nies in the world. Join us not only in India but also in
Hungary, UK and the Netherlands.
We are currently expanding ACE Program for the Latin
America region.
Currently the ACE Program provides career development opportunities for more than 100 AIESEC interns annually. It gives young professionals an opportunity to live their own ACE experience and to:
- Accelerate their professional experience in the world's largest growing technology by a carefully designed career path in the different areas of expertise with employment opportunity in other locations
- Connect with the Indian culture of the company by working in multicultural teams and with international stakeholders
- Experience competency development and mentoring program, together with involvment to TCS internal training programs, ACE events and CSR initiatives
Benefits for you
Well defined compensation and HR policy for the internship program:
Stipend of 25,000 INR (Around $550) per monthInitial accomodation (two weeks)provided and covered by TCSHealth Insurance Scheme throughout internshipFlight back home at the end of internship uponcompletion16 days personal leaves and 15 days sick leaves (Annually)2 annual ACE associate events: ACE Conference and ACE Global Village
Requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and preferably any other language
Excellent knowledge and academic background in the area of internship (Major and Minor)
Programming skills in the latest technologies
Obligatory 6 months to 1 year working experience
High eligibility for a prospective career in TCS (The applicant needs to be graduate with completed studies.)

Software developer
Working on program maintainance, software develop-ment, production support and help as provided by TCS or by the client. Tester
Processing and monitoring of codes as per technical speci-fication of the project. Enhancing the quality of code through proper testing. Performing unit testing as per the test plans and test cases. Develops internally and external stakeholder relationship and updates themselves with the latest technology.

Working on client site, gathering client requirements, providing quality monitoring & operations support to our customer and to maintain their infrastructure properly to ensure that the business of our customer does not get impacted.
