If you can’t see the verificati on email i n your i nbox or ‘ All Mail’ box, check the ‘ Spa m’ box of your e mail. Ri ght cli ck the ‘ Onl i ne Loan App Account Verifi cati on’ email and cli ck ‘ Not Spa m’. The email wi ll now move to your i nbox or ‘ All Mail’ box.

Open the ‘ Onli ne Loan App’ account verifi cati on e mail, and cli ck the ‘ Verify’ butt on. Cli ck the ‘ Go to Onli ne App Logi n’ li nk to l ogi n to your account.

Aft er cli cki ng, an account recovery email will be sent to your email address. Open it and cli ck the ‘ Recover My Account’ button. Aft er cli cki ng, you will be di rected to the Change Pass wor d page. Enter your desi red new pass wor d, and re- ent er the pass wor d to confir m. Cli ck ‘ Sub mi t’ then l ogi n your account and use you new pass wor d.

11. Menu Boxes- After l ogging i n, the borrower will be di rected to the Menu Boxes: the Di gi tal Loan, For m, Cal cul at or, Track, Requi rements and Logout box.

12. T wo opti ons i n appl yi ng for l oan- The borrower has t wo opti ons i n l oan appli cati on. The first opti on i s through the Di gital Loan. If the l oani ng me mber chose the Di gi tal Loan, the me mber shall cli ck the ‘Di gi tal Loan’ box to fill out or updat e the Borrower’s Dat a. Type N/ A f or not appli cabl e fiel ds. If the borrower clicked the ‘ Retri eve’ button i n Me mber Regi strati on (See no. 2), the retri eved data will auto mati call y show i n the Borrower’ s Dat a f or m. The borrower can still updat e the data.

If the borrower updat ed some specifi c data, cli ck ‘Updat e Data’ to save the updat ed data. If not, then cli ck ‘ Ski p’ to cl ose the f or m.

When usi ng a deskt op or l apt op i n upl oadi ng of the requi rements, the user can drag and dr op the fil es i nto the desi gnated box. For the mobil e phone users, cli ck any where i nsi de the box then br owse the fil es to upl oad. The fil es must be i n .JPEG , . PNG or . PDF onl y. The fil e si ze i s maxi mu m of 5000kb ( 5mb) onl y. Cli ck ‘ Vi ew Loan Requi re ment’ to see the requi rements. To see your personal i nf o, cli ck ‘ My Personal I nf o’. Cli ck ‘ Submi t For m’ to sub mi t your Loan I nf or mati on and Loan Requi rements. After submi tti ng your l oan appli cati on, an email from t he Onli ne Loan App wi ll be sent to your email address. The email cont ai ns your ref erence number that you will be needed to track your appli cati on (see no. 14). Wai t f or a phone call fro m a branch agent to confir m your l oan appli cati on.

13. For m- Thi s i s the me mber’s second opti on i n appl yi ng f or l oan. If the borrower sub mi tted the requi rements i n the Di gi tal Loan, there was no need to downl oad the downl oadabl e fil es. The downl oadabl e for ms are f or those me mbers who will submi t thei r l oan requi rements vi a branch’ s email. Cli ck ‘ Vi ew’ to view t he f or m or ‘ Downl oad’ to downl oad the fil e. After downl oadi ng the fil e, open the fil e in Adobe Reader to fill up the f or m. Save the fil e and send it together wi th the ot her l oan requi rements to your respecti ve branch’ s e mail.

14. Loan Cal cul ator- The borrower can comput e the l oan comput ati on by him/ herself. Just

cli ck the Loan Cal cul at or from t he Menu boxes. Ent er the sa mpl e data i nto the fi el ds wi t h asteri sk (*). After filli ng out the requi red fi el ds, the system will aut omati cal ly comput e t he deducti ons.

15. Loan Tracker- The borrower can track thei r l oan appli cati on. Just cli ck the ‘Loan Tracker’ from t he Menu Boxes and ent er the Ref erence Nu mber i nt o the box to know i f the appli cati on was already processed. ( Not e: After sub mi tti ng the l oan appli cati on, the Onli ne Loan App will auto mati call y send your reference nu mber to you emai l address.)

16. Requi re ments- To vi ew the Loan Requi rements, click the ‘ Requi rements’ butt on from t he Menu Boxes.

If the user ( bot h f or admi n and me mber) encounters some connecti vity and l og i n issues such as ‘System Connecti on: No connecti on to the system’, ‘ No connecti on to database’ , etc. or f or those who can’t l og i n to the system, pl ease f oll ow t hese i nstructi ons:

1. For Lapt op/ Deskt op Users Pl ease cli ck the three dots at the upper ri ght corner of your browser, then cli ck ‘ Hi story’. Aft er cli cki ng ‘ Hi story’, please cli ck the ‘ Cl ear Browsi ng Data’.
