PCB LAYOUT

Utilizing client specifications, ACDi provides layout and design services through the use of the latest tools and standards in the industry. In addition, ACDi’s design team provides the added benefits from design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA) and design for testability (DFT) to further validate designs and prevent delays during production.

TESTING
Without question testing is a critical and vital component of any manufacturing process.
It is important to have confidence that your EMS partner has the technical expertise and solutions to ensure that all functionality and reliability requirements are met. ACDi’s in-house team of test engineers provide test development, implementation and troubleshooting services for PCA-level assemblies and complete box build systems. Our test engineers can become involved in any stage of the production process, providing DFT services during design and final testing post production—promoting efficiency and cost management. This ensures solutions are in-place to detect and diagnose manufacturing, component and design defects early on in process.

PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
ACDi offers full product lifecycle management solutions from procurement and assembly to complete end-user order fulfillment.
ACDi project managers manage complete solutions for supply chain and inventory management. Our project managers partner with your team early in the preproduction phase, providing resolution to end-of-life/obsolescence concerns and preorder options to mitigate lead-time issues to prevent delays in time-to-market. Our purchasing and materials management team procure from our carefully selected approved vendors list to avoid problems pertaining to counterfeit or non-conforming materials. Our end-to-end solution enables you to focus on what you do best and the leave the rest to us.
With a dedicated NPI line and specialized staff, we can perform design-for-manufacturability checks and quality-control flagging. Our team will be an extension of your business to successfully get your product to market.

REWORK SERVICES
ACDi’s engineering and production team provide quick-turn rework services to meet various support requirements, ranging from post-warranty reworks to complete rework depot services.
With a dedicated rework station and specially trained staff, our focus is in troubleshooting, remove and replace and x-ray services for BGAs, QFNs and fine-pitch components.
