Applicant/student University (CD) Overview of APL requirements
CD forwards APL 1 to applicant
Completion and submission of claim
form/portfolio CD acknowledges receipt of application
Applicant notified of assessment decision within 3 weeks.
Course Director notifies Course Committee and Registry of decision.
APL – Accreditation of Prior Learning - up to 2/3 of final award. (Certificated and/or Experiential)
BSc Hons Management Practice
APL (Accreditation of Prior Learning) is an assessment process through which students can demonstrate the attainment of relevant learning outcomes without duplicating previous learning.

Where the decision is of insufficient evidence, there shall be one opportunity for the student to provide additional evidence to the Board if this is considered necessary and appropriate, within a timeframe determined by the Board.

The decision of the Board shall be final (no right of appeal except on ground of procedural irregularity).
