This will also prevent problems within our organization database by allowing industry members to assign the task of posting jobs to appropriate personnel (i.e., HR personnel, Administrative Support persons) without accessing membership data.

PCEP users will be required to register separately from their AAAA Membership in order to keep their information private and secure.

Employer Profile When an Employer registers on the Job Placement Board they will be REQUIRED to edit their profile before being able to utilize the site. All fields are initially blank. Fields marked with * are compulsory – as noted on each step.

At the bottom of ALL Employer pages are these 4 modules: • News Feed – Shows employers their most recent updates • Latest Resumes - A list of all the most recently posted resumes in the Job Board Database will constantly update and scroll through this box. • Indeed.com – A link to the most popular Job Search tool used and recommended by job placement agents (jobs listed in this image are actual positions available). This box will update automatically. • Please Log Out

Employer Interface

When an Employer clicks on Post New Job link they will get a form for creating a job posting. This is the standard job posting layout that is familiar to the end users.

My Job Listing The My Job Listing link will provide Employers with the tools to review jobs posted, edit/update posted jobs, delete postings.

My Job Applicants

The My Job Applicants link will provide Employers with the tools to review job applicants.

Search Jobseekers

Search allows employers to search our entire JobSeeker database for potential matches to available jobs. Jobseekers information will appear with privacy settings intact (i.e., name showing or confidential as requested by JobSeeker)

My Messages The My Messages Link allows Employers to communicate with JobSeekers from within the system. This keeps track of information for both user types, and allows the email address of the JobSeeker to remain anonymous. An email notification is sent to the JobSeeker to login and read the message (see below).
