Online Banking and Bill Payment Service Agreement(Complete this portion only if you marked yes to "Allow Bill Pay")

This Online Banking and Bill Payment Agreement, ("the Agreement) sets forth the terms and conditionsgoverning your use of any Online Banking Services and Bill Payment Services offered by Big Sky WesternBank. All existing and future Online Banking Services offered by Big Sky Western Bank are referred to as"Online Banking Services" in this Agreement. By using any of the Online Banking Services, you agree to abideby the terms and conditions of this Agreement as well as your Deposit Account Terms and Conditions on filewith the bank (which may be accessed by calling a Big Sky Western Bank office, or clicking on the Disclosuresection of this site.

Anyone with access to your accounts is included in this Agreement and should be required by you to execute it.

All Online Banking Services offered by Big Sky Western Bank are governed by this agreement, as well asapplicable Federal Regulatory disclosures and the Deposit Account Terms and Conditions of Big Sky Western Bank.All fee schedules published by Big Sky Western Bank from time to time will apply to the Online Banking Services.You are responsible for the payment of any fees on any account, for any service, and agree to pay all such fees uponrequest. You also agree to pay all telephone service charges or fees incurred by accessing Online Banking Services.Online Banking Services require you to have Internet access established.

1) My use of the Online Banking Services will confirm I have completed and reviewed this Agreement and applicabledisclosures, which Big Sky Western Bank may amend from time to time. My initial use of any Online Banking Servicein connection with my account(s) at Big Sky Western Bank constitutes my acceptance and agreement to be bound byall of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of the Deposit Account Terms and Conditions.

2) A Password or PIN can be used to expend funds from my account and this code must be safeguarded. I authorizeBig Sky Western Bank and its agents to follow any instructions transmitted by use of this code, and I agree to bebound thereby. If accessing an account, I certify I am authorized to use the PIN or Password. Big Sky Western Bankmay act upon instructions received through any Online Banking Service under my PIN or Password without inquiringinto the identity of the person using it. I will not, under any circumstances, disclose my PIN or Password to anyunauthorized person. No employee of Big Sky Western Bank needs or should ever ask for my PIN or Password. I amliable for all transactions made or authorized using my PIN or Password and Big Sky Western Bank has noresponsibility for establishing the identity of any person or determining the validity of any transaction received usingmy PIN or Password. If I provide my PIN or Password to anyone, I intend to authorize any transactions carried out bythat person. Big Sky Western Bank may assume all transactions authorized by my PIN or Password are legitimate.I hereby indemnify and release Big Sky Western Bank from any and all liability and agree not to make anyclaim against Big Sky Western Bank or bring any action against Big Sky Western Bank in honoring or allowingany actions or transactions where I have authorized the person performing the action or transaction to use myaccount or when I have provided my PIN or Password to that person.

3) I will notify Big Sky Western Bank at once if I believe another person has improperly obtained my PIN/Password orhas carried out un-authorized transactions. I may ask Big Sky Western Bank to disable my PIN or Password and issuea new one to me.

4) You are liable for all transactions occurring on the account. The owner of the business account authorizes alltransactions made by any other persons. The owner of the account agrees to be liable for any transactions directed byany other person given the PIN/Password to your accounts.

5) Big Sky Western Bank recommends you maintain up-to-date virus protection software on your computer, changeyour PIN/Password every 90 days, never open e-mail attachments from an unknown source and never provide personalaccount information via e-mail.

6) Each person on a multiple party account will be liable for all transactions made on that account. Each person on amultiple party account authorizes all transactions made by any other signer(s) on the account(s). Each owner(s) on amultiple party account(s) agrees to be liable for the actions of the other owner(s) on the account.

The limitations of liability set forth in this Agreement are subject to, and limited by any state or federal law.7) Big Sky Western Bank has the right to modify or terminate this Agreement or the Deposit Account Terms andConditions at any time, and will comply with all legal notice requirements. Once this Agreement is terminated, BigSky Western Bank may not allow any additional transactions on the account, nor will additional Online BankingServices be permitted. If this Agreement is modified, my continued use of the Account will represent my acceptance ofthe changes.

8) To take advantage of other Online Banking and Bill Payment Services offered by the bank, I must complete thisagreement and establish basic Online Banking Services. All services added are covered under this Agreement. Mysignature authorizes Big Sky Western Bank to carry out transactions under any other Online Banking Services I use ata future date, such as Bill Payment Services. By using any new service, I agree to be bound by the termscommunicated to me.

9) Big Sky Western Bank will not provide any receipt or documentation of transactions other than regular accountstatements.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge I have read and accept the Disclosures as provided by the bank in writing oronline.

It is further RESOLVED that the entity agrees and understands that its designated InternetBanking Administrator(s) will be responsible for creating and maintaining individual user profiles, whichwill determine the authorized levels of access assigned and functions that can be performed by eachuser employed by the entity. Each of the undersigned, for themselves and on behalf of the entity, acknowledge they havereceived a copy of the Internet Banking and Bill Payment Agreement and Application, disclosures,and the existing Deposit Account Agreement with Big Sky Western Bank, and agrees to thematters set forth therein.
