Subject: ACCORD MARK VI - WAGES SCHEDULES
This Operational Instruction follows Operational Instructions OP0037/91 and OP0044/91previously circulated to all Health Care Units in relation to The Accord Mark VI.
Further wage schedules reflecting the new rates operative from the first pay period on orafter 16 May 1991 are attached. Health care units are reminded that the new wage ratesare applicable as a matter of Government Policy and do not result from an awardamendment ratified by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
