• 25 students represented our school for the finals of SBI Kidovators.

•Our school won the 1st Runner Up award and a cash prize of Rs.50000/- . •Amudha Sundaram of IV A was ranked first in the Sub Juniors category • Dharani of VII O won the 2nd rank in the Junior’s category.

COGNITIVE LAURELS

G.Dharani of VIII O won the Zonal Excellence Award in the National Science Olympiad. In the IAIS Competitions he passed with High Distinction in English, Maths and Science. He won the September 2015 Aavishkar Quiz . K.Niranjana of VIIIP , R.Skandan of VIII P and Srinivasa of VIII P also won the gold, silver and bronze medals in National Science Olympiad .

NATIONAL GEOMAP QUIZ

123 teams with 246 students participated in the event. S. Aditi and S.B.Ridu Varshini of V A won the 1st prize in the Sub Junior category and qualified for National Finals .

THINK AND LEARN CHALLENGE

Anunith Anand of 10 ‘C’ was the school topper in Think and Learn Challenge conducted by Times of India. He was awarded a digital tablet and a certificate.

MOCK PARLIAMENT

Our school team won 1st prize and received a cash award of Rs.20,000/- in Mock Parliament event conducted by St. Joseph College of Engineering on 5th August 2015.

International School Award ( ISA ) from BRITISH COUNCIL

SBOAJC has been bestowed with International School Award ( ISA ) from BRITISH COUNCIL for the year 2015. Mrs.RadhikaUnni Principal and Mrs.V.A.Suraja Headmistress got the award on behalf of the school.

The Indian Development Forum (IDF) presented the School with Mother Teresa Award for the relief work undertaken by the students during the Chennai flood and for generous contribution to social causes. The award was received by the Secretary & Correspondent, Dr. Thomas Franco RajendraDev and Principal, Mrs. RadhikaUnni.
