That is why we firmly believe in our durable solution “Dura-Cabin” which is based on a fully rigid steel construction not prone to distortion such as timber framed constructions. Standard Specifications Dimension : 12m x3.3m x2.7m Steel frame / reinforcement : Channel steel 8mm thick top and bottom and steel angles 6mm thick External wall : Corrugated steel plate 3mm thick Internal insulation : 50mm thick sandwich panel Insulating materials : Fire proof polyurethane sandwich panel Floor material : Client choice (checkered steel plate, vitrified tiles ,etc) Electrical : All wires and fittings in accordance with shell specifications Doors : Steel security door Windows : Aluminium Corrosion control : All steel to be blast cleaned to S.a 2.5 and coated with 3 coat system with a minimum d. f .t of 250 microns. All our accommodation units comply with the specifications of the IOC’s such as Chevron, Shell and Elf The construction layout drawings of a standard 12m unit is attached. Many more are available upon request i.e. toilet & restroom units / washroom etc.  We are very flexible with regards to lay-out and different compartments and can design & construct to your requirement.
