Host Family (Single Room)

• Single RoomHost Family accommodation is our most popular accommodation type for students. The student will live as a member of an Irish family for the duration of their stay. This accommodation option allows the student to practice English outside of the classroom and immerse themselves in Irish family culture.

• Features: • Single Bedroom• Breakfast and Dinner (Monday to Friday)• At weekends the Host Family Provides all meals• We can arrange a Host Family to suit your dietary needs or other special requirements. • A Study Desk will be provided in the student's bedroom, or at some other location within the home.

Host Family (Twin Room)

• Twin RoomIf you are coming to DCU with a friend why not consider sharing a bedroom at a Host Family with them. Our Host Family (twin room) accommodation is very popular with friends and couples, and allows students to live with one another while attending courses at DCU.

• Features: • Twin single beds in a shared bedroom.• Breakfast and Dinner (Monday to Friday).• At weekends the Host Family Provides all meals.• We can arrange a Host Family to suit your dietary needs or other special requirements. • A Study Desk will be provided in the bedroom, or at some other location within the home.

DCU Gateway Residence

• Student Residence Accommodation

DCU Gateway Residence is a student residence located 1.2km (12 minutes walking distance) from Dublin City University. The residence is modern, secure and well maintained. Each student will be assigned their own single bedroom and have access to a shared living area, kitchen (with cooking facilities) and bathroom. A laundry room is available for student use onsite.

• Features: • Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard, with Wi-fi. • Single Bedroom with Study desk.• Located close to DCU. • Travel time to Dublin City Centre is 20-25 minutes.

Students are expected to arrange their own meals and wash their own clothes. Students also have the option to eat in one of the many restaurants and cafes on campus.

Kitchen facilities are shared with other students living in the apartment. All cutlery and utensils are provided, allowing students to prepare their own meals.

DCU On-Campus Residence

• Campus Residence - COLLEGE PARK

Dublin City University offers modern self catering student apartments located at the heart of the campus. Campus Residence Accommodation is offered during the months of July and August 2017 and rooms are subject to availability.

• Features: • Live in a Shared Apartment with other students.• Free Internet Access available (cable required).• Single Bedroom (En-Suite) with Study desk.• Bed linen and towels are provided.• Shared kitchen facilities - you can cook in the apartment.• Key-Card Access to Student Bedrooms.
