Our renovated Victorian house has 5 bedrooms, a shared Kitchen, Dining and living space. The large, beautiful house has original hard wood floors; boasts big windows and high ceilings. Our onsite caretakers oversee Security, cleaning, and maintenance of the property on a daily basis. Our house has a security system, an electric fence around the back, iron gates and burglar bars on all windows and doors to keep everyone safe. Set back from the busy Main road, and surrounded by large trees, the peaceful environment encourages serene study or relaxation time.

It is exciting to be an International student or intern in Cape Town but can also be daunting when you’re not

We have a large gated and secured parking lot at the front of the house. It’s especially nice because it is also

completely shaded to keep your car cool during the warm weather!

Our bright, comfortable rooms can sleep 3-4

students, but on requests we can accommodate 1-2

students per room.

The rooms are equipped with ample cupboard

space to ensure that everyone has their own private

area for personal belongings.

We have clean, sunny, modern bathrooms; boasting brand new showers, sinks, toilets and tiled floors. In a house that can sleep 16 guests comfortably we made sure that we have ample facilities too! That being said the 9 sinks, 9 showers, and 7 toilets ensures everyone the convenience that they deserve while staying at SHAWCO Student Accommodation. When we have a full house, we would be obliged to designate a boys’ and girls’ side of the bathrooms to guarantee the comfort and privacy for all of our students.

SHAWCO Accommodation has a fantastic shared living space fully equipped with a TV, WiFi, Large dining

area, 2 fridges and a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space to make your meal preparation a breeze! We

have a great balcony and also offer laundry facilities on the premises and right next door.

At the SHAWCO Student Accommodation we encourage student interaction and social activity. We understand that

some of the best experiences in life will be gained through travelling and going to university. We hope that our
