- We are pleased to inform you that ACADEMSERVICE -the official appointed Partner IRONSTAR

113, SOCHI - has blocked hotel rooms at the selected 5, 4 and 3 star hotels from 30 May to 03

June 2019.

- All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, thus we strongly

recommend you to book early.

- ACADEMSERVICE offers the following options for hotel booking: online booking by visiting

www.iron-star. acase.ru or by sending your requests to [email protected]

- The rates indicated below are in Russian rubles, per room per night inclusive of VAT 20% (if

applicable) and breakfast. *Exception: Apart-hotel «Pribrezhniy kvartal» / Apart-hotel «Parkoviy

kvartal» / Apart-hotel «Morskoy kvartal», where breakfast is included only for rooms without kitchens,

for rooms with kitchen breakfast is not included.

- The resort fee is not included in quoted rates.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• For accommodation in a hotel it is required to present an accommodation voucher upon

check-in.

• Accommodation voucher will be provided by ACADEMSERVICE by e-mail upon 100%

prepayment.

• All reservations are subject to availability at the moment of booking.

• Check-in is at 15:00. Check-out is at 12:00.

• Early check-in before 15:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for a night.

• Late check-out after 12:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for a night.

• Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.

• All additional charges must be settled with the hotel's cashier counter upon check-out.

• Hotel booking can be made online by visiting www.iron-star. acase.ru or by sending

a booking request to [email protected]

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/EuroCard/JCB) in RUB or by bank transfer

in RUB, USD or EUR.

Please note that bank transfer fees are at participant`s or company's charge.

Please note that American Express, Visa Electron and MasterCard Electron are NOT accepted.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION

Minimum non-refundable period of stay in hotel «Imeretinsky» and Apart-hotel «Pribrezhniy kvartal» is 2 nights from 31 May till 2 June 2019.

The deadline for booking at special rates within the room blocks is 25 April 2019. After 25 April 2019,

the reservation is subject to availability in hotels at dynamic rates.

Any modification or amendment request to a booking must be made online by visiting

www.iron-star. acase.ru or in writing and submitted to [email protected] no later

than 25 April 2019.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellation request must be made online by visiting www.iron-star. acase.ru or in writing and

submitted to [email protected] no later than 25 April 2019 (no penalty will be imposed, excepting 2

nights non-refundable period of stay in hotel «Imeretinsky» and Apart-hotel «Pribrezhniy kvartal» ).

Cancellations or modification of accommodation made after 25 April 2019 are subject to 100%

cancellation fee for the amount of the originally period booked.

Late arrival, Early departure or No-Show is subject to 100% cancellation fee for the full period booked.

Refund will be made by Academservice no later than 10 business days after cancellation. In case

payment was made by a bank transfer, bank fees will not be refundable.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

100% prepayment for the whole period of stay is required at the moment of booking.

Payment must be provided within 20 minutes after the on-line booking made. In case of

delayed payment, the on-line booking will be automatically cancelled.

Late arrival, Early departure or No-Show is subject to 100% cancellation fee for the full period booked.

Refund will be made by Academservice no later than 10 business days after cancellation. In case

payment was made by a bank transfer, bank fees will not be refundable.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

30% of non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days from the date of invoice.

70% prepayment for the full period booked is required no later than 15 April 2019.
